The following are the most frequently asked questions M & R Liquors has heard from its users. If you have a question or would like to tell us about a great bottle of wine, please Contact M & R Liquors, we're interested in hearing from you.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Most orders are packed and shipped either the same day or the following business day. M&R fulfills orders from all of our locations and it may sometimes take up to 3 business days for your order to ship. If there is going to be any sort of delay we will notify you immediately.
 
Q. How can I be sure if the product pictured is exactly the one I'm looking for?
A. A winery may change their label design with a new vintage. A whiskey blend may change from year to year. Our customer service team is available during normal business hours to answer any detailed questions about all our products. You can reach us directly at (860) 783-5228. You also can always e-mail us at any time at sales@mandrliquors.com and we will answer your question within 24 hours.
 
Q. Why is some wine listed as NV non vintage?
A. In an effort to keep our vintages as current and accurate as possible we no longer list vintages on wines under $14.99 retail. If you are interested in a specific vintage or would like to check what our current vintage is you can call (860) 783-5228 or email orders@mandrliquors.com
 
Q. Do you ship liquor?
A. M&R currently only ships wine and accessories. This is a FedEx policy that we must follow. Please check back as the rules are always changing. Hard liquor and spirits are available on our website for purchase as in-store pickup only.
