Part Time Beer Associate:
M&R is looking for individuals who have a knowledge of craft beers, and are willing to work in and out of our beer cooler. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Duties will include
- customer assistance with craft beer selection
- filling and maintaining beer cooler and floor stock
- receiving and putting away bi-weekly beer orders
- maintaining floor displays
- cashiering

Full time Store Manager:
The overall responsibility of an M&R Liquors store manager is to optimize sales for wine, beer and liquor, as well as maintain daily operations of the store. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with the purchase of wine, beer and spirits. At M&R Liquors the store manager is expected to have comprehensive product knowledge with a focus on wine sales.
- Manage inventory, including store stocking and checking inventory on a weekly basis
- Effectively managing store associates
- Daily store opening and/or closing
*Because of the intensity of key retailing selling seasons like the Christmas holiday shopping season, M&R Liquors store managers should be prepared to work days preceding and after each major holiday. Other requirements include
- Individuals must be willing to work in a fast paced retail environment and are required to be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong retail background is preferred.
