Vermont. Mild on the nose, but a fresh pronounced note of juniper on the palette, cut ever so slightly with a bit of sweetness and floral character, owing to the honey added post distillation. Bronze Medal in the World Sprits Competition San Francisco 2016
Since 1863 the English gin, Beefeater has stood the test of time and now claims the title of the world’s most awarded gin. Intense licorice notes on the palate with strong assertive flavors, perfect with tonic for a refreshing cocktail.

Perfumy pine and licorice, with some citrus in the background. This gin starts floral and dry, and finishes with bitter orange peel, clove and peppery bite. When chilled, this gin has a sweetness to it. Would make an intriguing martini. Made in Massachusetts
BERRY BROS & RUDD NO 3 (750ml)
Specially bottled for Berry Bros & Rudd in London, this gin was created to exemplify the classic London Dry style. Unabashedly juniper-driven, it gets its name from the historic home of Berry Bros No.3 St James Street in London, where they've been operating continuously since 1698. The No. 3 pushes tradition to the extreme using a simple 3 fruit and 3 spice recipe. The nose is all citrus and piney juniper. On the palate the juniper is balanced perfectly with spicy coriander and verdant cardamom. The finish brings the earth telltale prickle of angelica and continues with surprising length.
World Spirits Competition
Double Gold
Made in by a small company Philadelphia made the old fashioned way in a copper pot still, a labor intensive method that has fallen from favor among most distillers. The flavor profile is citrus, cardamom, juniper and orange. Very complex, aromatic and wonderful.
BOMBAY GIN (750ml)
Beverage Tasting Institute
From England. Reminiscent of citrus and spice with a soft, delicate texture. Elegance is the key here, as all components are superbly balanced in a seemless, captivating fashion.
Bombay Sapphire East is a new line extension of the original Bombay Original Dry with a recipe based on a recipe from 1761. Made in an original Carter Head Still the botanicals are steamed by the alcohol and their essential oils and flavors are carried upwards with the alcohol to be condensed and eventually bottled. The main difference between this, the Blue Sapphire Gin East and the Bombay Original is the addition of four more botanicals (grains of paradise, cubeb berries, Thai lemongrass and Vietnamese black pepper).
Made with a vapor infusion method is that it allows more volatile, delicate, floral flavours to be embedded in the spirit. Think of the difference between ‘steaming’ food and ‘boiling’ it. Gentler than many other London Dry gins. On tasting it’s slightly sweet on the nose with delicate juniper, spice and citrus flavours following on. Fresh and clean with an elegant finish Bombay Sapphire is a bartender's dream with extraordinary versatility in long drinks and cocktails.

"Although the scent is relatively neutral, with just a mild hint of floral and clean lemon zest, this proves a complex, spicy gin on the palate. It feels light and silky, even oily. Beyond the standard juniper and mint, this gin intrigues with offbeat caraway, coriander and hot pepper."

The bold juniper flavor jumps out with each sip of Gordon’s. This London dry gin is incredibly versatile and can lend a helping hand in an array of mixed drinks.
