I must be completely honest to start... Southern Tier Brewing has never been a favorite of mine, however, everyonce in a while they produce something like this Cherry Saison. Although this Saison is a bit un-traditional, it consists of a slight cherry flavor with a distinct bready character and finishes with a slightly sour note. Overall, I enjoyed this limited brew from Southern Tier and urge you to pick up a bottle before it disappears.
