Due to the fact that we could not accomodate all that wanted to join us in August, we have scheduled another Bordeaux Seminar and Wine Dinner. Join us September 22nd at Cavey's Restaurant in Manchester for a 5-course wine dinner featuring the wines of Bordeaux. The guest speakers will be the M&R managers who recently were inducted into the Jrade de Saint Emilion, as well as and certified Bordeaux expert, Bill Luckey, who has just completed the CIVB Bordeaux Wine School program of study in Bordeaux. He will be discussing each course's wine selection and his experience in Bordeaux.

About the CIVB:
The CIVB represents nearly 10,000 Bordeaux producers and 400 negociants. The CIVB has three missions: through various communication campaigns, the CIVB promotes the interests of its members on a national and international scale. Through its Economic Research Service, the CIVB aims to improve the knowledge of its members, about markets’ trends, from production to distribution. Finally its technical mission is addressing all quality-related issues, anticipating new environmental and food safety stipulations and conserving and protecting viticultural heritage assets.
