Gin Cocktails Perfect For Summer!

What is it about gin that makes it the perfect choice for summer cocktails? Is it the refreshing hint of citrus? Or possibily the crisp bite of juniper? Whatever the reason, there is no denying the fact that gin is the choice for summertime!

It's Cocktail Time!


Cucumber Gin Lemonade

3 ounces fresh lemon juice
3 ounces fresh cucumber juice
2 ounces Gray's Peak gin
2 ounces simple syrup
Club soda

In a tall glass, combine the lemon juice, cucumber juice, gin, and simple syrup. Stir. Add ice and top off with club soda. Taste and add more simple syrup if more sweetness is desired. Garnish with lemon and cucumber slices. Enjoy!


Rhubarb Gin Fizz

Make the syrup: combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 vanilla bean, split and seeded 1 1/4 cups fresh rhubarb, finely chopped- simmer for 15 minutes, strain and refrigerate up to 1 week.

8 ounces Brockton's Gin
9 ounces rhubarb syrup
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
12 ounces cold Prosecco
lemon rounds for garnish

Put the gin, rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, and ice in a pitcher. Stir to combine.
Pour into glasses filled with ice, and top with Prosecco and a lemon round.


Strawberry Jive

1 2/3 oz. Hendrick's Gin
1 oz. Orange Juice
2/3 oz. Simple Syrup
Splash Lemon Juice
4 Mint Leaves
2 Leaves Basil
2 Strawberries

In a Cocktial Shaker, muddle together mint, strawberries, basil leaves and simple syrup. Fill with ice
Add in Hendrick's gin, lemon juice and orange juice.
Shake, strain into a rocks glass over ice.
