Belgium 2009

I am excited to share with all of you my trip to Belgium in February, 2009. Belgium beers hold a special place in the brewing world for their rich history, distinct brewing methods and their quality standards. My trip to Belgium was a learning experience, especially when talking to Jan Toye of Palm Brewery. Jan is a descendant of a brewing family dating back to 1747, which in turn established a strong sense of pride in the quality of his beers, but the determination to renew the historical past with the new and experienced beer drinkers throughout the world. |
